Fitness and Nutrition Coaching

A custom fitness and nutrition plan tailored to meet your goals based on your experience and skill level. Fitness programs range from no equipment at home to full gym and equipment. The nutrition plan will be based on your fitness goals and take into consideration any likes, dislikes, allergies, sensitivities, etc. During your initial consultation, you will discuss nutrition preferences as well as your exercise history, any injuries or special needs as well as your comfort level and experience with home or gym equipment. This plan includes one video chat check in per month.
