Holistic Health, Fitness & Nutrition Coaching

The holistic health plan covers all five aspects of health – Physical, Emotional, Social, Spiritual, and Mental. A custom fitness and nutrition plan will be provided as well as guidance to incorporate healthier habits that support emotional, social, spiritual and mental well-being. During your initial consultation you will describe a typical day in your life. We will go over your nutrition, physical activity, stresses, and where you feel there are any imbalances from the time you wake up to the time you sleep. This plan includes biweekly video chat check-ins.
